1. Purpose
Klyaser provides a catalogue and tools to track items, statuses, markers and favourites. Notes, collages and cloud sync depend on the platform and version. The app is not a marketplace and does not certify an item's ownership, authenticity or market value.
2. Your account and data
Core local tracking is available without a cloud account. Versions with Google sign-in can enable sync. Protect your Google account and do not share sign-in codes or credentials. Review copies before confirming replacement: conflicts are resolved by choosing a complete copy.
Data processing, retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy. There are separate account deletion instructions. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not request deletion of a cloud account.
3. Catalogue materials and rights
The catalogue supports collection tracking. Names, trademarks and images may belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance in the catalogue or screenshots does not imply affiliation or endorsement. These terms do not transfer third-party rights in catalogue material to you.
Only submit material you are entitled to send for review. Publishing a proposed photo requires a separate decision and an appropriate legal basis; submitting it does not automatically publish it or transfer copyright.
4. Appropriate use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorised access or disruption of infrastructure. Avoid unnecessary personal information about others in support requests. Report errors or rights concerns to support, identifying the relevant collection and item.
5. Updates and availability
The app and catalogue receive updates. Test features may change and differ from public releases. Network features depend on internet connectivity and service providers. Check sync status before clearing local data; unsynced changes may be lost.
